She has a BA and an HDipEd from the University of the Witwatersrand (SA) and an MSc in Social Sciences from the University of Leicester (UK). Leilah Essop – Rebuilding Me

Rebuilding Me is a social enterprise that was founded to assist victims of Gender-Based Violence to find employment before leaving the shelter environment and to teach them skills to become employable, even if they have never worked before.

Leilah is an Entrepreneur with 3 businesses and one NPO, she has 20 years of experience in Corporate HR, ranging from Recruitment, Leadership Development, B-BBEE, Facilitation and Talent Management.
She has a degree in Industrial Psychology and a Management Development Programme in B-BBEE through WITS and is also a certified coach and Enneagram Coach and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. “Never be afraid to fall apart because it is an opportunity to rebuild yourself, the way you wish you had always been”
